Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic. The room, although a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the street, was very clean with a huge terrace, and the nights were pleasantly quiet. The hotel's location was excellent, directly above the entrance, making it incredibly convenient. The service from the friendly staff, especially at the restaurant, was the icing on the cake for our 3-night stay. However, the dining experience could use some improvement with better service. Overall, a well-located and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price point.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the room lacked views and wasn't serviced during our 3-night stay, the service was top-notch with helpful staff always ready. The location, right on the Grand Canal, was simply amazing, but the room's position was less ideal, sandwiched between noisy areas. Dining was a highlight with a great breakfast surprise, and the garden area provided a peaceful setting. At around 500 euros per night, including breakfast, the value for money was a bit steep.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few minor drawbacks. The rooms were nice and modern, with beautiful décor and excellent cleanliness. The service was very welcoming and added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to key attractions. The dining experience was good, with room for improvement in service. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with some room for enhancements.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully designed but a bit noisy due to some neighbor noise and proximity to the elevator shaft. They were on the smaller side and lacked a view. Despite this, the service was exceptional with staff who were relentlessly attentive and friendly. The location, though ideal on the Grand Canal, had its pros and cons, being conveniently close to transportation but not in the hustle and bustle.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a comfy bed with a really nice bathroom featuring lovely fluffy towels. The views over the canal from the balcony were incredible. The staff was so friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the water bus dock, and the dining experience was awesome in the nice internal garden.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were well equipped, freshly furnished, ample in size, and incredibly comfortable, which I thought was great. They also featured a large flatscreen TV, mini-bar, complimentary bottled water, Electrolux espresso machine with a Lavazza coffee service, and good closet space. However, the only drawback was that the room was a bit small for my liking.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms, though not serviced during my visit, were ultra-modern and spacious with a huge bed along with beautiful unique features. The service was spectacular, especially Gaia from the front desk, and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, right on the Grand Canal, and the dining experience, while lacking some protein options, was very good. Overall, a wonderful hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers fantastic rooms overlooking the Grand Canal with a comfy bed and great bathroom, although a bit small and noisy at times. The service was a mix of amazing and kind, with some room for improvement in welcoming guests. Its location next to the Vaporetto stop is highly convenient, although there were hints of noise from nearby buildings. The dining options were lovely but could be expensive if not included. Overall, a charming stay with some quirks to consider.
