My stay at the hotel was truly fantastic. The room, although a bit noisy at times due to its proximity to the street, was very clean with a huge terrace, and the nights were pleasantly quiet. The hotel's location was excellent, directly above the entrance, making it incredibly convenient. The service from the friendly staff, especially at the restaurant, was the icing on the cake for our 3-night stay. However, the dining experience could use some improvement with better service. Overall, a well-located and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price point.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although the room lacked views and wasn't serviced during our 3-night stay, the service was top-notch with helpful staff always ready. The location, right on the Grand Canal, was simply amazing, but the room's position was less ideal, sandwiched between noisy areas. The rooms were ultra modern, very spacious with a huge bed, and had lots of room. The big bathroom with dressing gowns and slippers was a nice touch. We even had a separate door that led to a staircase with a rooftop terrace. However, being on the first floor, above the street that leads from the vaporetto stop, meant occasional noise from trundling suitcases; on the flip side, the huge terrace and quiet nights were a plus. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had a comfy bed with a really nice bathroom featuring lovely fluffy towels. The views over the canal from the balcony were incredible.
